Returns
We offer a 45-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If it’s not the right fit for your family, that’s okay. No special reason required — as long as it’s within 45 days, we’ll help you take care of it.
To be eligible for a return, the Tin Can should be in the same condition you received it. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to start a return
Head to our Return Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code.
Note: If you’re in Canada or if you received your Tin Can as a gift, please email us at sales@tincanphonevendor.com, and we’ll help you.
If your return is approved, you’ll be able to download a free return shipping label along with simple instructions on how to send it back.
Another note: items sent back without starting a return through the portal can’t be refunded.

Damages or Issues
Please take a look at your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing (like cords), or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you an update. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, reach out to us at hello@tincan.kids and we’ll look into it.
Exchanges
Right now, we’re not able to process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your current item and place a new order separately.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can cancel your pre-order any time before it ships. Just email hsales@tincanphonevendor.com, and we’ll check your order status. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed to the Party Line Plan and wish to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to do so separately from your device return. Please follow these steps:
Go to tincan.kids, select Account, select Manage Account, and click Cancel Subscription.
